CITATION EXPORTATION LOST IN CONFUSION

Have you had the following conversation yet?
Librarian:  "Are you familiar with Refworks?"
Client:      "Uhm ... what?"
Librarian:  "Refworks is a citation manager to which the library is subscribed. You use it free of     charge. Refworks will simplify your whole research and writing process!"
Client: "Uhm ... I am technically challenged ..."
Librarian:    "I will put a simple explanation on by blog. In the meantime you can create your account. It is easy, relax!"

Go to the library's webpage ==> E-Resources ==> Databases A-Z ==> R ==> Refworks
Register. Now, when you are doing a search, you can use the EXPORT option to export your individual results to Refworks. Think of it as a box into which all your citations go. Later on I will provide proper explanations.
